According to the American Spectator, Sally Fields has the answer.
"Let's face it, if the mothers ruled the world, there would be no goddamned wars in the first place," said Sally Field at the Emmy Awards on Sunday.
As it happens, Golda and her husband Morris had two children, a son Menachem born 1924, and a daughter Sarah born 1926. And then there's Margaret. She and her husband Denis had twin children, Carol and Mark born 1953. Maybe Golda and Margaret just didn't rule enough of the world. Or maybe Ms. Fields has no clue. That would be the more likely I suppose.
