I don't think I should pass up the opportunity to put up this graph that's been making the rounds. It originated with the Obama administration who published it to argue that unemployment, as illustrated by the pale blue line, would be much worse without the administration recovery plan than it would be with the plan. The "with" line is in dark blue.
The actual unemployment numbers are plotted in red. Hell of a job, Barry.

No, that's not what I'm saying. In fact I won't be at all surprised when unemployment soon reaches 11% with the recovery plan in place. If I had to speculate I would say it's better than even money that unemployment would be lower without the recovery plan than it will be with it. Just as the Chrysler and GM bailouts are really UAW bailouts, Obama's recovery plan is not so much a recovery plan for the country as it is a Democratic party power grab.
