The extraordinarily left wing bias that pervades academia came shining through in a survey of 238 of the nation's "leading" presidential scholars. No need to wait for Obama to complete even a single term of office. He is already the 15th best president ever!
That's the verdict of 238 of the nation's leading presidential scholars, who - for a fifth time - rated Franklin Delano Roosevelt the best president ever in the latest Siena College Research Institute poll.
In office for barely two years, Obama entered the survey in the 15th position - two spots behind Bill Clinton and three spots ahead of Ronald Reagan.
Obama got high marks for intelligence, ability to communicate and imagination, but his score was dragged down by his relative lack of experience and family background.
Fortunately for Obama, accomplishments mean nothing to academic ideologues. Obama has none. However, he is our most left wing president ever, he has a pulse, and it's rumored there's evidence of brain activity. That's enough for the loons that rated Obama ahead of Ronald Reagan, who it turns out was just lucky. Idiots.
Wow....Ivan Eland doesn't even bother "rating" presidents until after their handiwork can actually be evaluated (Recarving Rushmore-with EXCRUCIATING references) Then again, folks from the Independent Institute (in freakin' Oakland fer cryin' out loud)tend to be "big picture" folks, rather than those reliant on catering to the instant gratification crowd. But then again, how could a M.B.A. in applied economics as well as a Ph.D. in public policy deign to hold up to leading presidential scholars .
Incidentally, Eland rated FDR's Peace, Prosperity, and Liberty rating at
31st. And I have YET to see ANY metric (recognized amongst Mensans anyway) that actually demonstrates the alleged "greater intelligence" cited ad nauseam.
Maybe I just don' get out enough.

Why don't you post ratings by 238 rednecks or neo-nazis

If you were to ask rednecks or neo-nazis, they will rate a Chuck Norris movie as a better movieover "mississippi Burning" even if they didnt see it. They will vote for Hitler over Gandhi.
