I will be voting for Donald Trump next Tuesday. The Big Reason: Hillary Clinton. Hillary Clinton is corrupt, and a vote for anybody but Donald Trump is a vote for Hillary Clinton.
No one was surprised to learn that Obama's Department of Justice had no plans to prosecute Hillary Clinton for her “mistakes” in the handling of classified information. The fix was in and everybody knew it. The only surprise was when FBI Director James Comey made his July statement, publicly recommending against prosecution while at the same time laying out, in great detail, all of the ways in which federal laws were violated. He announced,
“Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.“
Who could have imagined that Director Comey would set the FBI up to take the fall for a political decision by political appointees? Career FBI agents were caught by surprise and they were livid, and now the agency is leaking like a sieve.
“Fox News Channel's Bret Baier reports the latest news about the Clinton Foundation investigation from two sources inside the FBI. He reveals five important new pieces of information...
1. The Clinton Foundation investigation is far more expansive than anybody has reported so far and has been going on for more than a year.
2. The laptops of Clinton aides Cherryl Mills and Heather Samuelson have not been destroyed, and agents are currently combing through them. The investigation has interviewed several people twice, and plans to interview some for a third time.
3. Agents have found emails believed to have originated on Hillary Clinton's secret server on Anthony Weiner's laptop. They say the emails are not duplicates and could potentially be classified in nature.
4. Sources within the FBI have told him that an indictment is "likely" in the case of pay-for-play at the Clinton Foundation, "barring some obstruction in some way" from the Justice Department.
5. FBI sources say with 99% accuracy that Hillary Clinton's server has been hacked by at least five foreign intelligence agencies, and that information had been taken from it.”**
Recent FBI document dumps make clear that, absent some deal, Hillary's conviction for mishandling classified information, or lying to Congress, or lying to the FBI would very likely have been a slam dunk. That is, it would be a slam dunk for anyone not named Hillary Clinton. And now a majority of Americans believe Hillary should have been indicted. How will that majority react on November 9th if it turns out she has won the White House.
It may not happen. As a candidate Hillary has been abysmal. She is the first presidential candidate I know of who is dumb enough to call opposition voters racists. She said,
“[Y]ou could put half of Trump’s supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables. Right? The racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamophobic – you name it.
Hillary remarks were greeted with chuckling and applause at that high brow fund raiser. I'm sure somebody had to tell her later that she just alienated about half of America. So she tried to walk it back with the usual non-apology. She said she was wrong to say “half.” Should she have said a quarter? Maybe three quarters? Who knows? But now she promises that we're going to be “Stronger Together.” That's sure to work out well.
Calling opponents racist has been the go-to strategy of Democrats for decades. Can anyone remember a Republican candidate for president who was not called “racist” by Democrats? From the Eisenhower administration forward, every Republican presidential candidate has been slandered as a racist, some by innuendo, but for most the accusations have been explicit. But now that Hillary has expanded upon the practice by including the millions of Trump supporters in the smear, as well as the candidate himself, suddenly the magic of the race card is wearing thin. The label is not sticking so well, and instead people are getting really pissed off.
Yet Hillary claims to be the experienced candidate, the steady hand, the one to take the 3:00am phone call. Well let's look at her experience:
One of her first high profile moves as Secretary of State was her reset with Russia, in which she presented Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov with a mock “Reset” button but which was actually labeled “Overcharged” in translation. Smart diplomacy.
How about Libya? In an April 4, 2012 email listing Hillary's grand accomplishments, aide Jake Sullivan wrote, “HRC has been a critical voice on Libya in administration deliberations, at NATO, and in contact group meetings — as well as the public face of the U.S. effort in Libya. She was instrumental in securing the authorization, building the coalition, and tightening the noose around Qadhafi and his regime.” When she learned of the death of Libyan dictator, who had actually been cooperating with the U.S., she giggled and quipped “We came, we saw, he died.” What a sparkling wit. Today, Libya is a failed state and a haven for ISIS.
What more needs to be said about Benghazi? Four Americans died on September 11, 2012, including Ambassador Christopher Stevens, despite his repeated pleas in preceding months for additional security. All requests were denied, and the best Hillary ever offered on it was plausible deniability? According to Hillary, consulate security decisions are best left to the professionals, underlings who obviously fell down on the job. Hillary said she takes full responsibility, though. But what the hell does that mean, “full responsibility?”
Among Hillary's other triumphs is Syria which has descended into civil war. Refugees number in the millions. Then there's her reset with Russia. Russia has invaded the Ukraine. Iran is now on a path to acquire a nuclear weapon in ten years, sanctions are off, and the mullahs will have $150 billion, some of which the Obama administration admits will probably go to the financing of terrorists.
But the one that perfectly captures Hillary's flawed character is the discovery of State Department emails on Anthony Weiner's laptop. Hillary assembled a leadership team at the State Department that is in the image of herself, all of them so arrogant that they could never imagine being subject to any kind of oversight, or even subject to the law itself.
So 650,000 State Department emails, emails that were possibly the subject of Congressional subpeona, somehow found their way to Anthony Weiner's laptop to reside there along with his porn. Could you make up a more ridiculous story? Anthony Weiner, the former congressman and estranged husband of Clinton confidant Huma Abedin, was the target of a separate investigation into his “sexting” with a 15-year old North Carolina girl. It was in that investigation that the discovery of State Department emails was made. How did her crack team let that happen?
The election of Hillary Clinton will create a national crisis like nothing we've seen in our lifetimes. The divide in this country will get much worse because Americans reject the notion that certain elite citizens should be above the laws that apply to the ordinary people. Hillary, on the other hand, believes that she is exempt.
Though she harbors delusions of competence, Hillary has only one talent: corruption. Corruption is what Hillary will bring to the White House and she'll bring along her similarly talented leadership team from State, the same talented leadership team that managed to misplace official State Department emails on the laptop of a pervert who is under investigation by the FBI.
