In that sentence Mr. Hirsch succinctly explains why the left are so unmoved by the threat of a bloodbath in Iraq in the wake of an abrupt departure by American troops. Bloodbath. Mudbath. Whatever. For the Democrats and for the left, it just won't be a big deal.
